Refund policy

We accept returns on premade items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of wear beyond an initial try-on.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Any shipping fees charged at checkout are non-refundable.

For international returns (any orders shipped outside of Canada), refunds are issued for the item price only and may be adjusted to account for any duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees incurred upon return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and assist accordingly.
