Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

Premade items ship the next business day, and tracking is provided for all orders.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are as follows:

  • Canada: 2–5 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. For the most accurate delivery timeframe, please refer to the checkout page.

For international orders, packages may be declared as a gift or at a reduced value where permitted. However, customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges may still apply depending on the destination. Due to U.S. import tariffs, customs fees may apply to orders shipped to the United States. Any applicable customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

During periods of high order volume, fulfillment times may be extended; in such cases, fulfillment shall not exceed five (5) business days.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery outcomes are handled by the carrier. As such, compensation, refunds, or replacements cannot be issued in cases of lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
